About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker, who believes in delivering excellent customer service, to join our team at Vasey RSL Care Frankston South on a casual basis. Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be entrusted to meet the social, physical, spiritual, cultural and emotional needs of the residents in line with the requirements of the Aged Care Standards. 

We are looking for you, who have:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
• Proven good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to undertake documentation and utilise an electronic documentation system
• Ability to comply with Vasey RSL Care’s bare below the elbows policy
• Ability to wear clothing compatible with safe manual handling requirements of the role

If you also have previous experience in an Aged Care Facility and an understanding of the needs of older people and the veteran community, it would be beneficial for you in this role.
