About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our Property Services Department on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the General Manager Property Services, you will assist with the day to day maintenance of our buildings, equipment and grounds, and related record-keeping. You will also support refurbishment activities when required and monitor contractors onsite to ensure work quality and safety.

Who we looking for, is someone who:

• Holds a current Victorian drivers licence
• Can demonstrate a strong understanding of OHS requirements
• Has demonstrated skills in general facility maintenance procedures
• Has demonstrated commitment to customer service and quality outcomes
• Has well developed verbal skills
• Can exhibit Basic computer skills

Previous experience working in an aged care environment will be of benefit to you in this role.
